The term "ideal client" is truly a misnomer. So is the term, "ideal coach", for that matter! Over the past 20-plus years, I have worked with a wide variety of people dealing with an equally large number of personal, business and/or
spiritual issues. In all that experience, no one -- including me -- has ever been "ideal". However,
in order to give the reader a sense of the types of people with whom I best work and seem to naturally attract, I offer the following outline:
People who are self-motivated.
People who want to make a difference
in the lives of others.People who "get" that coaching is beneficial to their daily performance.
People who have demonstrated success
in their own business or profession, and yet wish further growth!Businesses and/or Non-Profits that wish
to optimize their levels of service to others
(external) and to each other (internal)People who are in transition, i.e. career
shift, job change, divorce, illness, etc.People who can afford coaching fees without unduly burdening themselves or their families.

These are the people who seem most attracted to the direct, intuitive and problem- solving style of service I provide. My work is with those who seek success and who are willing to hear the truth as I perceive it, tempered with a high dose of humor, encouragement and productivity.
